Order Placement

  • To see details of an item, click on the image.
  • Select your preferred size and color, then click “Add to Cart.”
  • After adding items to your cart, click “View Bag and Checkout” on the shopping cart icon.
  • Review your selections to confirm the correct size, color, and quantity.
  • If you have specific instructions for us, add them in the provided box.
  • Check “I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.” You can view them by clicking on the text.
  • Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
  • Enter your customer information as prompted.
  • Select your shipping method and click “Continue to Payment Method.”
  • Choose your payment method.
  • If the billing address is different from the shipping address, enter the appropriate billing address.
  • Complete your order.

Returns and Exchanges

How Do I Return or Exchange an Item I Purchased Online?
We accept returns and exchanges on all bras and sleepwear purchased online. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on panties, briefs, or swimwear. Items must be in original condition and include the invoice and receipt. Please email us at reachus@relaxintimate.com with your order number and contact details, and we will guide you through the process.

How Soon Will I Receive My Refund for a Returned Item?
Refunds are issued within one to two weeks after we receive the returned item.
