We accept returns or exchanges for bras, sportswear, and sleepwear only, under the following conditions:
Notification: Please inform us of your return or exchange request within 10 days by emailing reachus@relaxintimate.com with your invoice details.
Eligible Items: Exchanges are only available for topwear intimates due to hygiene reasons.
Return Charges: Return charges and a restocking fee may apply to returned items.
Defective Items: Defective items must be returned within 2 weeks of the original shipment date.
Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and labels intact. Assessment of the item’s condition is at the sole discretion of Relax Intimate.
Unworn Condition: Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage: If an item was damaged in transit, please return the item in its original packaging along with the damaged garment.
