All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Delivery Time
In-stock items shipped using our Standard Delivery option typically ship within 1–3 business days, ensuring delivery within the estimated timeframe from your order date. You’ll receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number once your order has shipped.
Most orders begin processing within 24 hours and cannot be modified or canceled once processing has started.
To complete your order, you may receive multiple shipments.
If you haven’t received an Order Confirmation email, you can log into your Relax Intimate account to view your order history.
Estimated Delivery Time
You will receive an estimated delivery time after placing your order. Delivery times are estimates based on the shipping date, not the order date, and should be used as a guideline only. All delivery times depend on order acceptance and approval.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we aim to fulfill all orders within 14 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Actual delivery dates may vary due to factors such as carrier practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and item availability. Please note that products may be delivered in separate shipments.
